My internet connection has been very slow over the past week. Tried many simple solutions. Haven't called internet provider because normall they put an indian woman on the phone who doesn't know jack squat about how to solve the problem. So internet provider is last resort. Normally my connection is 10-11 megabits per second, and im using wifi btw, but i just ran a download speedtest. .43 mbps.....point fourty-three. my upload speedtest is faster than that! can any1 help?

I guess theres plenty of possible reasons which may be out of your control but things to check/try..

first off, plug a pc directly into the hub with network cable.. then you can check if the speed problem is with the wifi. If thats faster/normal speed then i guess the wifi's pooped. try changing the channel your wifi runs on. maybe a neighbour is using the same channel..? I intentionally swapped my channel the other day whilst screwing around and lost 90% of my wifi speed. so it can cause big issues.

finally, you can dig a hole out front. keep digging until you bump into a glowing purple mesh of wires (about 2 ft thick). This is the internets. If you pull some of your hair and attach it to the mesh you will have a direct link into your brain, so fast that Jeeves will answer you before you asked.

did that, and internets still haven't improved
mah dad called charter(internets company) and they said its a problem with our bundle, and just so the world could prove this, the phones died while my dad was talking to charter xD
