My friend just showed me this link yesterday thought I would share it with you. Judging from the names and people this is somewhere is Russia. That for those who dont know is a WWII German Panzer. its been there a long time. Wow.
rust only occurs from the oxidization of a metal. When a metal is wet, especially steel, it'll cause the oxidization process to be sped up. Since it was completely submerged underwater, it can't rust being that it wasn't exposed to oxygen.

But oxygen does exist disolved under water, especially in life thriving water like that bog water, an example would be the titanic, it rusted yet it was under alot of water, also what do fish breathe? ans: the oxygen disolved in water.

Indeed that is in Russia, but I don't see how you can get a Panzer and a T34 mixed up...
(T34) It's a different model but still a T34 (Panzer)
Why does it have the German sign? that tank has been taken over by Germans during WW2 it was one of the best tanks in WW2. I know my facts don't say it isn't

Maybe Germans modified it on their hypersupersecret labs during WW2, where they doing UFOs and nuclear missiles.
