Last Month the Japanese try to retrive this mod a little bit more. They played in the at 2pm CET. At the moment the gametracker, com Server Monitorring is off. Hope soon they turn it on. The ranking seems to work.
I have a coupla maps ive made... which in some ways are finished... but in others are not.
the problem is cheating.
Its possible to make a cool map thats got a fun idea... if people stick to the rules.. but to make it totally cheat proof.. it becomes very complicated... and suddenly a huge amount of work.
like a prison... its easy to make a building to contain people.. its called a house.. but to keep people inside of it... can turn into a task like building frickin alcatraz.
i guess my question is... can people not cheat..? cos i could release a heap of weird fun stuff if they could.
think how quick n easy it would be to make a nice race route.... if you didnt need to worry about cheating
we would have maps coming out of our ears... and if theres one thing that gets good svr numbers its new maps.... but it also kinda causes the problem.. but if we had new maps every few days (sooo possible with this thinking) it would be ok.

i think, if someone wants to cheat on a local game, just for see whats on the end, then its ok. but if someone cheating in the server, that sucks. just bring the rule "no cheating". and if you see a cheater, kick him

Try making cheating so easy that it's pointless. For example, make the track a circle (or just add in a connection from the finish back to the start). People who want to mess around will be able to do so without dealing with the map, people who want to finish the real way can do so. When people organize a short race they will probably still watch themseleves that nobody is cheating.
