coch, of course hes wrong, since if he intends it to be hex code it doesnt allow "0" and "x" since they dont excist in the hex.
oh by the way, i could use a calculator for the conversion of the binary total sum if you have all the 0 and 1's together but i didnt wanna cheat so i did it on paper, got to 54232342 and then i gave up, takes to damn long

0x is the start of a hexadecimal number in most computer languages, so it is required but not part of the number. What I tried to was interpret this stuff as hexadecimal bytes and write out whatever would come out of that, you see the result, it's useless. (I had to cheat, there were some bytes with the value zero in that string. As that is generally not allowed for computers, I changed them to have the value 1)
When I interpret this as numbers, I get no interesting result at all (I can post it if someone wants to see it). If you look closely, you'll see that the numbers in the first 7 lines are symmetrical if viewed as bytes (a byte always having two digits in hex). The lines below that don't split up well into bytes as the digit numbers are odd. I just treated this as a continuuos stream of hex digits and divided it into bytes then. This is likely to be wrong, but as the first part makes no sense I don't believe it actually matters.
In addition, if you treat this as bytes you'll get no values greater than 128 (in fact, the highest are two 121s), so the code does not leave the ASCII-Area. However, most characters are not printable here (the value appearing the most often is 0x1, which is defined as SOH (Start Of Header) in ASCII and is hardly ever used.
So my final result: Sonic's stuff means nothing and I have way too much time for nonsense.
