P71 Facelift

just a couple of changes to the cop cars from Silver007 to make them more realistic. better pushbar, better antennae, couple spotlights. there's one more car left before the rest of the cosmetics in the map are to be done.

 nooo... one more car and then the car roster is done. then comes the wreckmeshes. once the wreckmeshes are done, then the mapwork is next. once the mapwork is done, the final step is cosmetics. if i released it right now, there would be no main objective and it would be a failure.
