 Of corse I have not done a survey, and mabey its just me. When I go on to most servers there are just fools playing that spam, try and blow you up and hit you, or pile up at the start of races, ECT...ect. I though 70% was a proper estimate according to my experiences. Anyway I have realized there is no point of aruging, bitching, and wining about this anymore because it won't stop.
