Partition Magic, Not free but easy to find on limewire.. I used it too =]

Btw, Why aren't you able to delete partitions? I do it like.. I boot the pc with the windows xp cd.. delete partitions.. then i select install.. it asks if i want to format fast or normal.. i click fast.. and then it installs XP again.
