my first computer was a WYSE, 500mb HDD, 6mb ram, 15mhz AMD processor, and Windows 3.1 or was it 3.0? 256colour graphics card, 128kb vram

o well. it had NEVER crashed, until i tryed to install windows XP on it

all i can remember was it was a 486 with windows 3.1.

it was then upgraded to a top-of-the-line Pentium 120, a 12x cdrom, and a massive 2.35 GB hard drive. oh, cant forget that blazin 33.6 modem.

oh, and i can remember one of the first games i played...my dad bought a shareware copy of DOOM on 2 floppy disk's. he couldnt figure out how to install it, and long story short, he moved the switches on the floppies, and managed to format them hahahah.

Hehe At that time I had something a little better than the Atari. I don't even remember how old I was when I got it, but the last time I fired it up was around 93-94. God knows where it is now.
