I was playing Css and for some reason when i had exit Css steam shut down and when i opened it back up after about 15sec. theres a small box at the top left of my screen that is steam but its all bugged up and when i end task it it says "Not Responding". I reinstalled it and it didnt work so i rebooted and steam loaded up fine but i needed to reinstall all the games over i think and then steam froze so i closed it and then i re-opened it and it did the same fucking buggy thing all over agian
