I packed it with gmake, and changed rs code to the following :
lighting true;
materialDiffuse 0.588235 0.588235 0.588235;
envmap true;
lightingSpecular true;

The buggies have successful chromed wheels so we know alpha is showing, its just Buggyhull that wont!
