custom objects problem

 When i go to export the object from 3ds max it for some reason fails creat the rs. and ideas?

that also happens to me and sometimes it dosent. sometimes i will get a .sm only and mostly i get a .sm and .rs. maybe its something to do with the high and low detail and all that other stuff u select. its sopposed to start with an L or somthing... :?

 but that dont do it... it just makes copites of the objects
